CNC Lathe - Grizzly G0602 With Flash Cut CNC Conversion

A complete CNC Lathe Kit includes a Grizzly G0602 Lathe with the Flash Cut CNC Controller and Heavy Duty Stepper Motors installed. This CNC Lathe has a Heavy Duty Manual Tool Post with multiple Tool Holders to accommodate all your turning needs. It requires three 110 volt receptacles (one each for the Lathe, CNC Controller and the Laptop). There is a SANDU K11-160A 3-Jaw Chuck installed. The factory ACME screw and nut system for the –X- and –Z- Axis have been replaced with High Precision Ball Screws. The foot print of this machine is 47-1/2” Wide x 27” Deep x 47” High. There is 16.500” of travel in the -Z- Axis from the Chuck Face to the -Z- Axis Face of the Tool Post from the Home Position. There is 4.840” of travel in the -X- Axis from the Chuck Centerline to the -X- Axis Face of the Tool Post from the Home Position. It comes with a HP/Lenovo Laptop that already has the Flash Cut CNC Software installed. Also included are all the Tool Holders, Chuck Jaws and associated Tooling Inserts shown in the pictures. This Kit is “Plug and Play” as is. Just either copy a G Code Program onto the Hard Drive or program right at the machine and you’re ready to go. The Flash Cut CNC Software is easy to use and allows Multiple Fixture and Tooling Offsets to be both programmed in the G Code and adjusted in the Settings. This lathe is capable of very precise repeatability as we typically experience +/- 0.00025” when cutting our synthetic materials.
